At Visakha SPCA, our mission is to protect, rescue, and rehabilitate animals that are abandoned, injured, or victims of cruelty. We focus on promoting compassion toward all living beings, educating the public on animal rights, and working toward the implementation of animal welfare laws. What We Do
- Animal Rescue & Rehabilitation: We provide medical treatment, shelter, and rehabilitation for injured, sick, and abused animals.
- Animal Birth Control (ABC) Program: As part of our initiative to reduce the stray animal population, we run a comprehensive ABC program.
- Awareness & Education: We regularly conduct outreach programs to educate communities on animal welfare and the importance of co-existing with our animal friends.
- Adoption Services: We help rescued animals find their forever homes.
- Wildlife Protection: In addition to domestic animals, we work to protect and rehabilitate local wildlife.
